YOUR MISSION: 

You create polished YouTube videos and attention-grabbing vertical clips, always with the clear goal of increasing watch time and engagement. By incorporating AI tools into your workflow and adopting a signature style that aligns with our brand, you transform storytelling into a powerful impact.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You create everything from long-form YouTube videos to short-form vertical content, turning raw footage into compelling stories with strong pacing, clear hooks and smooth narrative flow
  • Using AI tools or manual editing, you craft vertical clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms that distill the best moments with maximum impact
  • You work closely with content leads to plan shoots and agree on editing schedules
  • You breathe life into videos with branded graphics, motion text, music, sound design and other post-production effects
  • You track performance metrics and use the insights gained to continuously improve your edits

YOUR EXPERIENCES

  • You have a proven track record in editing YouTube videos and creating short-form content
  • You are confident when it comes to using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve
  • Video editing tools powered by AI have been used by you in a practical context
  • It'd be a bonus if you know how social media algorithms work and have experience working with brands or influencers.
  • Experience behind the camera is a plus, as occasional filming will be part of the role
