YOUR MISSION: 

In this role, you will support the team in a wide range of accounting tasks and make an important contribution over the coming years, which will be shaped by organisational changes within the group and the further development of our processes. In doing so, you will consistently meet deadlines and maintain a consistently high standard of data quality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for the daily posting of bank statements as well as the independent clarification and reconciliation of open items.

  • You post and reconcile credit card statements and transactions, ensuring their correct allocation and clarification.

  • As part of M&A activities, you actively contribute to account migrations and support the harmonization of accounting structures.

  • In the course of system transformations, particularly in the area of e‑invoicing, you support the accurate transfer of data and ensure high data quality.

  • With your strong IT affinity, you actively participate in migration projects and contribute to the optimization and further development of accounting processes.

YOUR EXPERIENCES

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a business administration background, ideally with a focus on finance or accounting.
  • You have gained initial hands-on experience in accounting and possess basic knowledge of German GAAP (HGB).
    You work in a structured, accurate, and self‑reliant manner and maintain a clear overview even when handling recurring tasks.
  • You are a team player with a strong willingness to learn and demonstrate a high level of motivation for both professional and personal development.
